We partner with clients in three primary ways. We develop people using learning events like training and coaching. We design learning materials and aids that change behaviors. We also consult with organizations to find root causes of performance issues or to assist with human resource strategies. Some of our recent projects are listed here.
In 2013 and 2014 we partnered with a global, membership-only warehouse chain based in the US to facilitate root cause analysis training workshops. These learning events supported a large project to develop assistant managers in being ready for the next level.
In 2014 we partnered with a primary contractor in Chicago to develop elearning module storyboards for Underwriter Laboratories, a worldwide safety consulting and certification company.
Since 2011 we have partnered with ACI Speciality Benefits based in California to facilitate targeted employee training to civilian employees at Pensacola Naval Air Station and Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. These learning events cover topics like Conflict Management, Employee Orientation and Teambuilding.
In 2014 we provided Ethics Training for the University of West Florida's Employee Relations Training Symposium. This included facilitating training to the entire non-teaching employee base.
We have supported one of the largest retailers in the US the past few years on various projects that included designing training materials to drive financial initiatives. Having an understanding of the their unique organizational culture gave us a broad understanding of this customer's needs.
